finger cymbal choreography – hanover

WHERE: Richard w. black center (also known as the Hanover rec center or senior center)

TIME: 7:30-9:00 P.M. (90 minutes)

day: thursDAYS, september 1 - december 1, 9 classes, (no class on september 15, no class october 13 [but a peer rehearsal may be scheduled], no class on november 3 and no class on thanksgiving)

DESCRIPTION:  This class will learn a finger cymbal choreography to an upbeat tune.  Class time will be devoted to strengthening exercises, technique and choreography, as well as the administrative and costuming issues associated with show performance. 

PLEASE NOTE:    All Level 2 classes require instructor permission (by email) even if you have registered in Level 2 classes in the past.  All Level 2 students registered during the Fall of 2011 will be required to perform in the November 19 show. Only one absence will be allowed, and it may not be during the month of November.  If you are unable/uninterested in performing, please consider a beginner class this fall.

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR: See FAQ's page.   Students will be asked to bring a thick yoga mat to each class. 

COST: $200 + $100 for costume in advance by check (please speak with me if you need a payment plan for class).  Costuming fees are due upon receipt (no payment plans for costumes due to immediate ordering).   Please postmark check no later than August 18 to: Gina Capossela, 2090 Moore Road, South Royalton, VT 05068.  Please don't be late!  Late registrations will incur a $25 fee.   Please note that we cannot offer refunds, discounts for missed classes (although we encourage make-ups at other locations), transfers of registration/credit to other students, or refunds due to weather rescheduling.
